Groomers Helper Shipping Policies and Returns
Payment terms are Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, & Discover), Bank Debit Card, PayPal, or mail in payment with a check/money order (made payable to Groomers Helper). A $25.00 charge will be added for any returned checks.
If damage occurs during shipping, have the box and merchandise inspected by the delivery carrier and contact Groomer’s Helper® immediately. (Please save the original shipping package with the merchandise).
Shippers We Use
We will make every effort to ship using the service that you choose, but reserve the right to ship using another carrier if that carrier will get the product to you quicker or just makes more sense.
For products returned within 30 days of receiving the merchandise we offer a Full Refund, minus the Shipping and Handling costs. For products returned between 31 and 60 days of receiving the merchandise there will be a 15% Restocking Fee ($5.00 minimum). Returns will be credited upon approval of merchandise in new, saleable condition.
Delivery to Foreign Countries
Shipments out of the United States to foreign countries such as Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom are subject to the country of destination taxes and tariffs. Check with your local government for more information and tariff rates.
