Worked Like a Charm

I received my groomer's helper today and used it on two dogs already. It worked like a charm. Thank you so much for developing such a great product and your fast service.

What a Fantastic Product

I am not a professional groomer. I have a 9 year old Sheltie, a 7 year old miniature poodle and a 4 month old toy poodle. I groom my own dogs. I won't win any grooming competitions but I do a fair jog & grooming them myself allows me to spend more close time with my boys. I came across the Groomer's Helper while surfing the web looking for items for my tiny boy. I read reviews, watched the you tube video and tried to get the Groomer's Helper in Canada and was not able to find it. I ordered the starter kit through Amazon via The Fortunate Dog. Their service was terrific. However when I received the Groomer's Helper it had not been assembled correctly. I called Groomer's Helper directly and spoke with Chuck, the owner and inventor of this product. The service was second to none. How refreshing and I can't say enough about the time he took to speak with me to resolve the problem. My husband was able to very quickly solve the assembly problem and I used my Groomer's Helper for the first time last night with my toy poodle puppy who is a very strong wiggle-worm. I was absolutely thrilled at the immediate difference! We just had a very brief session and although he was a little unsure, he very quickly figured it out and calmed right down. I can't wait until his next full groom. Big kudos to Chuck for this amazingly simple but brilliant system. Thank you!

A Muzzle-free Groomer

Thought I'd send you another GH success story! The photo is of Banjo a 6 year old Maltese x who I have groomed since day one. He has ALWAYS been a bit of a challenge to groom and if I didn't have the Groomers Helper, I would not have been able to continue grooming him. I am a muzzle-free groomer and the GH allows me to accomplish a decent groom on a not-so-decent dog,otherwise, he'd have to be sedated. OH and, knock on wood, he hasn't gotten me yet! Of course, it does take some handling skills as well!

Small gadget performs BIG function

My name is Tammy Ellis, and I bought a Groomer's Helper about 7 years ago, shortly after I started grooming.

It was Sammy the spinning shih tzu that finally got me to buy the Groomers Helper. Sammy was so happy he couldn't help but turn around constantly!

The Pro Set made it possible to groom Kita the bucking bronco biting golden retriever (you know, those dogs that just aren't right in the head).

The Groomers Helper kept Sammy still. But it also solved my other problem: My strong fear of being bitten. I was so afraid of being bitten, and with the Groomers Helper I could focus on GROOMING and no longer worried about being bitten.

I now use the Groomers Helper to "train" my dogs to stand still for grooming. The Groomers Helper takes the worry and stress out of grooming. I don't groom without it.
